Phyllis and family would like to express their thanks for the many messages of sympathy and donations to the Children's Hospice received from friends and neighbours following the death of Les. Grateful thanks also to Dr Smith and nurses for their kindness and to the residents of Markers for their generous help.

John and Margaret Beer wish to thank most sincerely so many friends who sent Greetings Cards and Messages on the occasion of their Golden Wedding; also for the generous donations amounting to £410 given to the Karen Action Group.
Uffculme Pre-School wishes to thank everyone who donated jumble to our sale and to everyone who supported us. We raised over £175.00. Special thanks must go to Val Hardwick who gave up her time to help us during the afternoon. We couldn't have done it without her.
